Emergency Appointments

We are pleased to offer dedicated emergency appointments within our normal working hours and, if the worst happens outside these times, just ring the practice and we can provide you with an emergency number.

Why you might need them

You may have suffered a broken or lost tooth, severe toothache, a lost filling or crown, or swelling or bleeding following an extraction.

How we can help

We will do all we can to ensure you see a dentist on the same day as your emergency and receive treatment to relieve any pain. We can help by:

• Providing immediate relief of pain
• Placing a temporary dressing
• Treating infection
• Performing an immediate repair
• Advising you on definitive long-term treatment

More useful information

It will help if you can call us as early in the day as possible so we can arrange a suitable appointment and see you quickly. We open at 9am on Monday – Thursday and 8am on Friday.

We have appointments available specifically for emergencies, but these may not be with your usual dentist. If you do wish to see your regular dentist, we will try our best to make this a possibility, but you may have to wait a little longer.
